I didn’t see Lawnchair in the official or archive repos for F-Droid. Is any version available through other repos, or just via GitHub?
Looking through their GitHub I found a thread about their progress for v14, and found someone who is compiling the v14 testing builds:

So far I’ve only had 1 very minor visual bug with a widget after a week of use. I can highly recommend trying it out.
