If you are richer, you may have more opportunities for sex and you will likely have access to better healthcare.

I’m gonna guess this is a case of confounding variables. If you are healthier, you’re more attractive usually. If you are richer, you may have more opportunities for sex and you will likely have access to better healthcare.
