US used to be a type of country’s here you could pay 1 white guy a good salary and 10 other people would work free OT so they too one day can be that white guy. Nowadays, every fucking minority hire expects to be paid market rate and decent working conditions.
No one wants to be taken advantage of anymore by upper management while they get scraps as the upper levels gorge themselves.
