I go to a butcher near my work and it’s so worth it. The chicken is beautiful and not plumped with water to add weight. You cook up mince and don’t get a pan full of water. You get the meat that you see, not all the shitty bits hidden underneath one good piece in the pack or behind the stickers they plaster the pack with. Colesworth meat may be cheaper but are you really getting true value?

Proper butchers are the best. And even when colesworth works out cheaper for the “same” amount of something, , and . There’s a reason for that
