Is Nautilus data privacy friendly ? If not, what file manager would you recommend on Ubuntu for data privacy respect ?

    Nautilus is part of the Gnome ‘suite’. You can install vanilla Gnome, it’d come with it.

    Canonical has nothing to do with it.
