I don’t understand why some websites think they should use the second accepted language when the standard clearly says to use the most preferred language specified by the request header:
Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.9,ja-JP;q=0.8,ja;q=0.7
Occasinally random sites from microsoft or cloudflare will be in japanese just because I have japanese input installed even though the system language is english and chrome asks for english first.
You can change your interface language in the user settings if it your browser is reporting the wrong one (which windows and chrome love to do)
