It’s a pretty well known (and govt tested) supplement to do 2:1 ratio of L-Theanine to Caffeine if you want some sharpness.

They’re both water soluble too so if you wanna get real crack headed about it, you can separate out and mix energy drink mixes for yourself. You can get citric acid from the store or use natural sweeteners (go easy on these, probs not that good for us anyway, you’ll get used to the flavor of “watered down” soon anyway)

You should try paraxanthine. One of the chemicals caffeine is metabolized into after consumption. It’s a much smoother kick, and in general feels better than caffeine.

Time to ban this type of doping. Noone should be forced to use any drugs to be able to play any sport professionally.

3mg per kg and let’s say they weigh 75kg, so that’s 225mg of caffeine.

Google differs on how much coffee has, but seems like 80-100mg according to the fda.

So this is basically 2.5 cups of coffee. That doesn’t seem excessive to me.

Where do you draw the line to call this doping vs just being a human?

Given these numbers, this is barely a study. You might as well say that 3 mg/kg of caffeine enhances life itself.

        Who said it was excessive?
Caffeine is a PED. It (like other PEDs) either becomes regulated or mandatory.
