Going out on a limb, saying it may not work when it’s plumbed in. Though a secret flipping countertop would be pretty cool.
Or just drop $10-15k or an under the counter espresso machine.

That looks like a really good grinder. When I upgraded from pre-ground, it was a huge change in quality. Can’t go back now!
I like to let mine sit out on the counter a few days to assert dominance.

Tiny kitchen so yes! The cafelat robot or v60 or aeropress or moka pot or cezve is going back to the cupboard after I’m done. The kettle and grinder stay out just like on your picture.
