    They have plenty of room so they can manage.

    TBH, ang may issue lang naman ay yung mga nasa subdivision or nasa “forbes” like environment. Kung nasa ordinary place ka naman mabibili at magagawa mo naman ang mga necessites mo within walking distance. Maarte lang tayo kasi we have prefences kaya we go to malls na wala naman sa 15min to most. 😅

      I mean BGC is prohibitively expensive and people would kill to live there. So i think it more a matter of cost rather than maarte.

      Meron ba tayong existing na 15 minute city that is on the affordable side?

        Pero BGC was designed to be an upscale district and corporate playground. It’s not in the same vein as what we have on Japan and Eurpoe where its organic in nature.

          15 minute cities should have education, health care, shopping, and emergency services available within 15 minutes. Sabi mo kasi maarte lang tayo… Meron ba tayong currently ganyan na city other than BGC?

            Well, dito sa amin sa Cainta yes. Sa place ko lahat accessbile. May ospital din na malapit (3 actually) isa malalakad ko and mix-used karamihan.
