    isn’t youtube-dl broken anyway?
    last time I tried it it was so slow it would take a couple of hours to download a single 5-10 minute video

      yt-dlp is a youtube-dl fork based on the now inactive youtube-dlc. The main focus of this project is adding new features and patches while also keeping up to date with the original project

      It’s a live and updated project. If some video provider stops working they release a new version really quickly.
