So far 6 people from AAP including everyone involved in excise policy have been arrested as well as one leader from BRS.

Kejriwal was not directly involved with the excise policy committee but ED claims he must be indirectly linked because he is CM. They first summoned him for questioning in October 2023.

I think 3 years is enough to reach conviction in a case.

they are just pretending, we all now how good is the conviction rate of ED.
