    life starts when the zygote begins to divide, not when the baby is born.

    He was fired for teaching life starts at conception, not that sex is determined by chromosomes. The headline is purposefully sensational.

        No. Sperm cells are also alive. Egg cells are alive. Skin cells are too. All cells are alive. Life doesn’t begin anywhere.

        You’re purposefully conflating the scientific definition of life with its religious definition in order to make a political argument. That’s the same thing this professor did and it’s why he was fired.

                We are when you’re clearly making religious parallels. Just because you didn’t say “religion” doesn’t mean this isn’t about religion.

      You got it right. I think there’s more to the story, but that’s the information we have. The College called it “religious” which is ridiculous.

        The sex / gender distinction was only preliminary, while they normalized gender fluidity. Now that distinction can be erased, as we’re all ready for advancing “progress”.
