A bit surprised Yamaha didn’t go after anyone in Moto2, however seems like the last few riders to come through after winning the championship haven’t set the world on fire so I guess it makes sense.

    Wonder how this’ll turn out for him, Yamaha needs to step up massively if Rins wants to have a shot at another race win, let alone contest for the season…

      He’s out of Yamaha for sure, I’m guessing he’s going to one of the Ducati teams now - easiest thing would be Digi being dropped and he moves to Gresini, more complicated would be Zarco dropped, Bez to Pramac and then Franky goes to VR46.

    Great for Yamaha but they need to significantly up their game too. If they do that then I think Rins can work wonders for them.
