Today I had to say goodbye to a part of me.

There are no words to describe her beautiful soul, so I welcome and implore anyone that knows the pain of losing something they truly love to join me in mourning by listening to the beautiful sounds of music.

I’ve posted this song before and some of you may not like it, but the progression from delicate but powerful playing to a crescendo of emotions laid bare across the neck of the guitar is something that I feel deep within my core. It strikes a nerve that’s hot with anger and raw with despair and wraps it in a familiar, comforting place.

Goodbye Echo. Thank you for everything you gave through it all. We will always love you.
