      Which is why those politicians want to pretend it doesn’t exist, they plan on milking florida as long as they can.

      Starting to plan what happens on the shore wouldn’t be good for business.

    Futurama had a joke that politicians solved climate change by dropping increasingly larger ice cubes into the ocean and pretending this solved the problem.

    It’s very depressing to think that even in this joke, the government agrees it’s a problem and at least tries to take some short term measures to address it.

    Reality is much more depressing than Futurama.

    For too long we let the crazy state dictate what’s in textbooks.

    If the rest of the states stood up and said they wouldn’t buy textbooks with this bullshit and just use last year’s, the textbooks companies would listen to the crazi s.

      To be fair the only reason the US got Florida to begin with is Spain didn’t want it. Funny how things haven’t changed much. The rabbit knew.
