Kaiju No. 8 is pretty good imo. It’s still new though.
Hunter x Hunter is a classic. Not sure if you’re newer to manga since you only listed Dragon Ball and One Piece.
Mr Hero Academia: Vigilanties is good (and finished). It’s a prequel to MHA
i’m technically new to manga, i read a couple serieses in high school, over a decade ago now. One Piece and Dragon Ball are the only big manga i’ve read sonce getting back into it, also read “All You Need is Kill” (Edge of Tomorrow was based on this), and That Time I got Reincarnated as Yamcha

Bonus addition: Assassination Classroom is pretty popular. It’s more comedy than anything else imo, but it has some interesting fight scenes. If you branch out to other genres, let me know. There’s some interesting new stuff SJ has been putting our recently.
