Does your defeatist attitude ever benefit you in real life?

If everyone stopped thinking like this “we” might actually get people elected who aren’t out to gut us.

It’s good in life to be realistic and most Canadians I know (out here in the hyper left leaning lower mainland) are fed up with Trudeau and his trail of broken promises. There is a strong desire for change but still a stronger opposition to this batch of conservatives.

This election may end up being a weird one and it’s important to be aware of.

Faux realists piss me off more than useful idiots and bad actors combined.

Far more damage done for the sake of being “realistic” than simply accepting the reality that there is one option that would have been better the entire time that you and fellow “Hyper left leaning lower mainland” residents consistently say isn’t an option because “ABC”.

Vote NDP and stop pretending that the “Liberals” aren’t right of center in Canada if you, or any of the people you know, want to consider themselves “left”.

        Pro tip for the realists:

It is unrealistic to look at Canadian history and vote anything other than NDP for actual change considering on the federal level our country has only ever been run by “liberals” and Conservatives.

Enough of us vote NDP that we’ve got several NDP MPs out here - I’ve voted and will vote NDP myself… and encourage other to do so. I think it’s unlikely we’ll get an NDP plurality though and so we’ll still be stuck with Trudeau’s underwhelming neoliberalism and constant empty promises.
