    You’d think they’d launch a counter attack, counter terror operations don’t seem like they’d to well against armor and artillery.

    “Terrorism” loses its meaning when used as propaganda. Russian oligarchs are scared, that’s the only terror in this scenario. Russian friends of BBC executives press their friends to telegraph FSB propaganda phrases.

      Russia are masters at propaganda, but in this case it’s literally the name of a federal agency and their protocols, no different from FBI Counterterrorism Division (CTD) and their protocols in the US.
