These look SOOOOOO much better than today’s my little pony. The new style looks deformed.
Toys when I was a kid (70s and early 80s) were a lot less sexualized. We had Barbie and her big boobs, but the other dolls and such were just toys. Clothes too.
I still recall how synthetic they smelled. My bet is that they where super unhealthy to handle
