Get a reccurent planning, eg every second Wednesday from 19 to 23or first Saturday from 14 to dawn ., and play with missing players. Solve most of the planning issues

I laughed, then had to crank down my volume manually since loops has no volume setting.

This is why in my game the first order of business each session is scheduling the next session.
