So glad you posted this. I’ve worked in addictions care, grew up right near Louisa, and even know someone mentioned in this piece. It captures the complexities and difficulties of recovery and the recovery community so well. I was having mixed feelings about having one place having so much influence while also being glad people had opportunities. It’s such a complicated thing and this piece I think captures it accurately.
