I have a pauper mono black devotion deck that could use this. It turns things like Dead Weight or Withercrown into 1/1s.

I wouldn’t count this out as a limited engine. The Role tokens combined with the Bargain mechanic means this will trigger more often than you’d expect - and multiple cats means multiple rats for each Bargain!
