The Palestinians on Sunday released unusual footage showing armed fighters in the Balata refugee camp in Nablus disembarking from a vehicle disguised as an ambulance. According to Palestinian reports, the video was filmed approximately two and a half weeks ago during an IDF raid on the camp.
Every accusation is a confession, huh?
Is this a warcrime?
To quote Bill Clinton, it depends on what your definition of “is”. Jk, it’s basically a text book definition of perfidy:
The following acts are examples of perfidy:
c. The feigning of civilian, non-combatant status;
And the IDF knows it since they have been accusing Hamas of doing it basically non-stop.
In a war - yes. As part of a manhunt - no. Imagine FBI doing this to catch a terrorist. Same thing.
Yea the FBI putting a target in the back of medical staff is bad. They should not do that. That is wrong.
Armed men in disguise as medics is horrible. Those who endorse such things don’t deserve medical care.

This is in the west bank though, which isn’t legally there territory. Its more like Russia disguising themselves in an ambulance to go kill a dissident in the UK. It may not be a war crime since they’re not technically at war but it’s still illegal and immoral for a bunch of other reasons.
Winning War Crime Bingo still means we’re losing.
