This Week in Plasma: A snazzier time zone picker, smoother corners, sleeker dark modes and slicker panels.

@kde @[email protected] folks - do you mind passing me one or more names for Fedora Plasma downstream maintainers?
Can you stop focusing on developing these things and put more focus on AI?
I can’t tell if your being genuine or not
@youngalfred @kde I hope this is sarcasm 😨
Oh it most definitely is
weird how many people need a
/s
to know thatTone of voice doesn’t come across in a text post and there are some people stupid enough to like AI
no /s
or/s
on this?I can’t tell. (no /s)
Not that weird. Poe’s Law
Shame that the new dark mode didn’t make it into 6.3. I really don’t like that blue tint.
Im the opposite, i really don’t like the new Breeze Darker, but love the current Breeze Dark.
For native apps it should be easy enough to change back and keep current. But does anybody have a suggestion what is the most sane way to keep current Breeze colors for Flatpak apps?
@[email protected] @[email protected] Can you continue to focus on these developments and less and less on AI?
I think it is wrong to think nothing of free software code distributed under the GPL being included in AI generated results without regard to its license. What are you talking about. We spend zero effort on AI.
@Bro666 I have the same feeling :) Sorry to bother you. What I saw is here from youngalfred https://lemm.ee/comment/17751217 and OP re-posted it. I was just concerned that it was an endorsement.
@Bro666 But I confirmed that was sarcasm, sorry again. I definitely need to learn more English more.
There was no way to guess it was sarcasm. Every other tech group is going all out on AI so it is reasonable to think KDE might do the same and that some users want it.
