By all means, participating in the vulture exploitation of Ukrainian resources through investments in rebuilding Ukraine can help Ukraine more than abandoning its ruins. Can maybe encourage Ukrainian migration back there.
Being on team anti-Russia is self destructive and suicidal. More so when US is in NATO exploitation mode. If you have genuine love for Ukrainian Banderite regime, instead of a suicidal force, you can support their rebuilding, even better if you stop the hypocrisy of suiciding them to diminish Russia unsuccessfully.
