I remember how Italian #fascism ended the last time. Italy apparently does not.

if the legal parent dies or becomes seriously ill, the surviving partner has no rights over the children, meaning the children could become wards of the state or handed to other relatives.
These make a good summary of what LGBTQ parents are now facing in Italy.
If the right actually cared about “family values” as much as they claimed, this wouldn’t be happening. Instead, its about controlling people and making sure they fit the right’s archaic and bigoted version of reality.
