It’s a 2017. I already had the drain tubes fixed on warranty a few months after I got the car back in the Fall of 2018. Replacement headliner and cargo mat were included in the warranty work as well. I’ve had no problems until a month ago when a little bit of water dripped from my rear view mirror while I was driving during a downpour. I blew out the front drains with compressed air and that was it because I didn’t know how to get to the rear drains. Then, a couple of weeks later, while I was backing into my driveway, I heard water sloshing and saw some drops come down from the top of the column near the rear passenger seat. I put the car under the car port and went on vacation. Finally got to it today and found the rear drain outlets, which I blew out with compressed air. Poured some water into the sunroof gutter on both sides and it seemed to drain nicely from all four drains. I haven’t noticed any moisture behind the tail lights, but I will check again.

To dry it out, I’d go for a shop vac and towels. If you have a garage, maybe leave the trunk open overnight after getting most of it out.
