Surprised that dealerships are accepting them.
Though they’re probably still making ample money on the sale.
They won’t for long, dealers are buying back tesla only to find out they have been set as “total loss” from tesla and won’t operate properly without tens of thousands in repairs only Tesla themselves can do. They also won’t provide information on how the cars got on these lists as they have clean titles, so it’s a real gamble.
Too much risk for dealers, and why would any consumer in their right mind buy a product that can be bricked so easily by software.
All its going to take is one security breach and a tiktok trend and a bunch of kids are going to permanently brick a ton of cars.
