nicotine by itself isn’t the killer. it’s the method of delivery that makes you sick. yea nicotine is horribly addictive, but caffeine is too. though not nearly as much.
i went from smoking to vaping to nicotine pouches–basically nicotine and plant cellulose, and it’s hard to even put into words how much every aspect of my life has improved
