It’s not just when or where they work that’s causing employees grief.
Everyone’s working while cost of living continues to grow more and more unsustainable. People can’t buy houses. People aren’t able to save for retirement. Social security is going to get taken from us. Whats it all for? To make the obsurdly rich even more rich?
Yes. If they continue I expect big protests and or riots. The current situation is unsustainable. But hey, they are seeing the number go up.
We should introduce them to incremental games. Maybe then they won’t have to see the money number go up on their own accounts.
Isn’t there even a study why it didn’t happen so far? That the fear of consequences is holding people back or no one wants to be the first, I believe.
But if stuff will keep going like this, things will get heated soon.
But what I see is that the rich make the rules. Situations like if people fight climate change or demand politics focusing on it, they will declared as criminals and the whole police force is raining down on them. Meanwhile employers (the rich ones) can violate every law and get away. Doing tax fraud and what not but guess what? They buy themselves out of that or recover on a different way.
Also there is not enough being done about climate change.
This whole place sucks unless you are ultra rich. And when I say this whole ppace I meant our global society. Its literally a playground for the rich and a prison for the poor.
That’s what forcing people to return to the office does I guess.
Some companies are doing their best to figure out how low we can go
