Your best bet would probably be to post some of your work (in moderation - a thing here and a thing there, don’t flood the feed, or you’ll only annoy people), and post a link to your commission info in the body. If someone likes what they see, they can contact you. The big point I will make, though, is that the feed here is pretty slow-moving as it is, and if you come across as begging for commissioners, your posts will likely not be well received.
I’ve commissioned plenty of artists from other social media, but it was always because they posted art that I liked, and I contacted them, not because they were asking people to commission them. If someone is in the market for a commission and likes what they see, they will let you know.
