I think I’ve been spam posting in this sub but in need of some advise

My WH had an affair with his subordinate. 2 month EA/PA

Due to financial reasons and bad timing leaving right this moment would put us in a financial bind

I realise now that any attempt at reconciliation won’t work while he and AP still work together

Therefore I’m seeking advise on what a pause in reconciliation looks like. Do we separate? Surface level interaction?

We have 2 kids under and have to look for a new place to live as our landlord is selling the property
