oh god … hopefully that front car was able to keep the distance and just outpace the rear cars until the friction slowed them down enough.
Well, given they’re electric I would assume they’re both set to the same speed. This does not look safe though
i dont think the waggons get accelerated … but i might very well be wrong. i am by no means an expert on this subject matter.
I’m also no expert, but I know diesel-electric trains typically power each axle so assume it’s the same
front car
You mean train
I assumed that the train could just slow down a very little bit till it touches with the car to then slow down when they touch each other but that’s probably not how it works.

That sounds kind of dangerous … i know that the train and all the waggons have springs to dampen connection impact but … not sure how much those can take or how much the difference in speed/force of both sides can be without one pushing the other (in the worst case of the rails)
That sounds kind of dangerous
It probably is very dangerous, yeah
I am no means a train expert but that doesn’t sound that dangerous, only the relative speed matters and if it was a very small difference the wagons will eventually catch up and the impact might be noticeable but not fatal. But ig the emergency brakes would be a safer option either way.
best thing ive seen today, thank you
Wireless cars
Edit: or invisible car
Edit2: or the train had ping and cars weren’t synced
maybe a problem with the rendering. all the fluid simluations should cause some problems in the matrix
The car’s position is glitched, physically it’s on the track but the render is under the ground.
