Felt strong ran 3 days in a row, ate like crap, reintroduced squats to workout, played bowls at mum’s bday (lots of lunging). WhY iS mY kNeE fUcKeD aGaIn? I need like a D/s relationship but for running. Just someone to bully me into making good decisions.
