The fuck are we (Estonia) doing in there??? I haven’t watched our NT play in like 13 years but i’ve heard we’re the worst in Europe

We had an absolute shambolic campaign and still were in the running for a direct qualification in last 2 games. We just had to win against Moldova and Czechia at home. But Poland being Poland had to screw their chances at every turn. We’ll barely get by Estonia, only to be destroyed by Wales.

And yet we still won’t advance.

But it’s always like that after any draw. We are the happiest people in the world until it’s time to play some actual football.

If all our players are fit we should be able to have a chance against Israel. Ukraine on the other hand, no chance we are going to beat them.

Yes as an Israeli I would say it’s 50/50 on paper, but since we always bottle important games it’ll probably be different on the field… in favour of you of course.

Nice. We’re often fumble the bag in the playoffs, but things seem very promising with Rebrov as a manager. Love this man and love what he’s doing to the national team. On a side note, I have a weird feeling that Luxembourg will qualify. It would be epic to see at least.

I think all neutrals will want to see Luxembourg get in, because it would be such an achievement for a team that is usually such a minnow, and also because they actually play good football and score some great goals too

Sure, why not, for similar reasons, although not as small as Lux, and I don’t know their style of play

Nothing even against Georgia, seeing Kvara at a major tournament would be great, and I don’t know what Greece are like these days but surely not as defensive as they used to be right

No interest in watching Georgian players rolling around. Shower of cheating cunts. I don’t think Luxembourg have qualified for any tournament before. Good luck to them!

Weirdly enough, they wouldn’t be the smallest country to get in, that would still be Iceland. Yet to me Luxembourg feels way more obscure than Iceland, but they actually have twice the population

I feel people kinda fuse Luxembourg and Liechtenstein together. Liechtenstein has a way smaller population (only 40k), but still liken to Luxembourg with it’s geography, nature, size and being small, but with rich people. So confusing the two or mixing them together is understandable.

I looked this up, and you’re right

Mind is COMPLETELY blown, I had absolutely no idea about the populations, apparently even montenegro has slightly less people then lux

I mean with this stupid format everyone has a realistic shot on reaching the KO stage. Including Luxembourg if they reach the main competition

You’ll be good if we’re at anything below 100% strength. Even then I’d still see you as clear favorites because we’re mental midgets when it counts. The only way I’d fancy us is if all our key players are there and you’re missing a few like Dovbyk, Tsygankov, and Zinchenko. Otherwise, enjoy Germany next summer!

Besides Ukraine already getting used to the constantly “away” games, B&H away may be a little trouble with their fans, I think.

Bosnia lost at home to Slovakia and Luxembourg, and finished 5th (below Iceland too) in the Group.

They wouldn’t make it even in the League C path.

It’s the best draw Ukraine could have.

B&H fans even gave applause to Luxembourg NT after the loss. The fans also hate the federation for various reasons. It’s not the best chemistry between B&H NT and their fans right now

Prediction: Wales and Ukraine qualify, not so sure about Path C. Greece is favourite, but I think other teams have solid chances.

    Wishes:

    • Estonia in Path A (although I don’t mind any team qualifying)
    • anyone but Israel in Path B (I will root especially for Bosnia and Iceland since they’re outsiders)
    • Luxembourg

Decently exciting. Poland have a gimme against Estonia and will phase either Wales or Finland who both will fancy their chances.

Can’t see beyond Ukraine in B. Iceland and Bosnia are really poor and Israel didn’t have a good campaign.

Honestly wouldn’t bet on a team in C. Greece at home should go through and both Georgia and Luxembourg are tricky teams. Each of those teams probably better than the Path B teams aside from Ukraine.
