  • What would the second Biden/Harris admin have done that the first wouldn’t have?

First of all they got a lot done in the first 4 years. So much so that I cant fit it all in a single comment. You should read about it here https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/fact-sheet-the-biden-harris-administration-record

As for what they would get done, it would be continuing progressing the work from the previous term which only seems like nothing because you don’t know.

Some highlights included making child tax credit permanent(now gone under trump). Implementing a tax rate for people making over 400k and a minimum tax for extremely high earners. Rasing corporate tax rate and closing tax loopholes. Capping the price on more commonly used drugs(trump has already removed the cap on insulin that was implemented last term). Loan cancellations for 5million more Americans. Expanding apprenticeships and job training for teachers, nurses, and other civil servants. Expand Medicare providing child care to millions of families for less than $10 a day. Lowering housing costs by building/renovating 2million homes. Universal background checks for guns, safe storage requirements.

Judging by how much he was able to get done during his first term its likely he would have gotten more than half of the above bills passed.

  • Built a new Guinea pig cage. Its pretty shit I hacked a few things together and used minimal resources. Its huge though its easily big enough for 10 guinea pigs and I only have two. Im trying to grow grass in there but they eat every bit of vegetation that springs up in the cage. Since its summer they’re outside all day but in winter they wont be so it can grow then.

here is a picture of one of the pigs chilling under a rock. Yeah her butt fur is due for a trim its just the trimmer is broken.

  • That sounds like a tough issue for government to catch. Well done, im glad that they caught the problem and fined them. Unfortunately the seem to profit around 33m before tax so this is barely any impact on their yearly profits. Its hard to decide how much to fine because I think fining them 1/4 their yearly profit is reasonable it would absolutely kill their stockprice and growth and probably severely impact their long term trajectory as a company. What do you guys think a reasonable fine is for this offense?
