I blocked the worst shit stirrers (just the ones calling for defederation with whomever seemingly every week) and my internet drama has gone down significantly. If I want a real chill time, I temporarily block .world. Less content but it gets rid of pretty much all the BS.

My ex had this thing, maybe a fetish, about being desirable to…social outcasts? I’m having trouble finding an inoffensive term for them. Mix well 1 kg of gamer guys and 0.5 liters of unwashed weeaboo, add a dash of Axe body spray, and place in a fedora overnight. Sprinkle liberally with crinkly neck hair (or are they pubes?) before serving raw.
Anyhow, she enjoyed helping these guys lose their virginity. She was fairly attractive, an objective 6-7/10, but dressed well and was very charming. She told me about one guy she met through an anime club in college. When they tried to have sex the first time, he was flaccid and was too embarrassed to verbalize why. If we were a smarter species, we’d consistently use further heat exchange to use that waste heat for something else, like heating homes. The Blue Lagoon in Iceland uses it to heat a massive outdoor spa.

I was thinking the same for a similar use case at my job that would nearly cut the number of phones we own in half, but we don’t need the stupid toaster to remove and replace the battery. I’m a goddamn cripple and can do that myself.
