I bought a PS5 for three main reasons:

1. Every game that’s going to come out until the PS6 will be made with it in mind. The sooner I got a ps5, the sooner I can be caught up hardware wise.

2. Games are optimized for consoles.

3. PS Plus Extra is amazing especially as someone who hasn’t played since the PS3.

It’s up to you at the end of the day. I personally went for it because I didn’t want to bother with PC anymore and just wanted something that worked without spending hours in the graphics settings and tweaking it forever.

Just make sure that the games released on it will appeal to you. DS2 does, but look beyond that as well.

Yeah that bgm would get irritating after a while.

Love the app so far. Just one suggestion, a way to make text or comment text bigger. For me it’s a little too small.

Also playing GoT for the first time and it’s incredible. I’m loving every second of it.

That’s what I do as well. One big game at a time, smaller games in between.

I did the same as you. I actually bought a years worth of PS Plus just because there were so many amazing games that I had yet to play on there as someone new to PlayStation since PS3.

Some deals I saw that were good were Plague Tale, Alan Wake Remastered, and the Racoon City bundle (2+3).
