Microsoft and Sony have signed a "binding agreement" to keep Call of Duty on PlayStation should Microsoft complete its acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

Everyone knew this would happen. Personally I kinda wish Microsoft denied Sony the opportunity so late after their repeated efforts to end the acquisitions and repeated rejections of signing a deal with Microsoft. At the same time, Sony signing this should decimate any remaining reason the CMA would have to deny the acquisition.
Ah well. The deal is done, case closed. Finally everyone can move on from the limbo.
