We’re a democracy because we’re a democracy lol, not because one political faction insists on it and another refuses to agree. “No WeRe A cOnStITuTiOnAl RePuBlIC!!1!” Yeah, our representatives are elected………with a democratic process. The specific term is “Representative Democracy”.
