About damn time right? After being Epic Exclusive for multiple years, KINGDOM HEARTS is finally coming to Steam and there's a lot of it. This will make it so much easier to play on Steam Deck / Linux thanks to Proton.
You’ve got it already, hell, you bought it on the platform that keeps the smallest share of profit, why do you care that it’s getting released on another launcher?
Cause I would have preferred to buy it on Steam so all my things are in one place. But as I said to another reply; it is what it is. I’m not buying it a 3rd time.
That’s not the point. If you ask me I’d rather pirate a game like this vs paying for it on a crappy platform. And in case it can’t be pirated I’d play something else. Though it’s also possible to emulate these games I guess.
And that’s the main point of their business model - imposing artificial limits instead of caring about your experience. Don’t fall for it, don’t give them your money. The faster epic dies as a platform, the faster gaming industry will see improvements.

This was the only thing I’ve ever paid for on Epic. Only reason I had it to begin with is UE4 was required for my classes.
Good for you I guess. Though it doesn’t invalidate what I’ve said, and I’d have repeated it all again even if I knew you’ve paid for just one product.
