      I’m starting to think that RAtM was a bit optimistic with “some” in this one.

        I don’t know. I don’t necessarily believe that a majority of police are white supremacists. I do believe that the vast majority are complicit in the behavior of their worst offenders, though. If they aren’t willing to call out corruption among themselves, then they are at least corruption-adjacent.

          There is literally no meaningful difference. If you are complicit in white supremacy, you ARE a white supremacist.

          idk at this point in American politics do you see any non-conservative becoming a cop? now pair that with how conservatives are becoming more and now openly racist… I’d say it’s more realistic than not to assume most cops are racist just based on demographics.

            If you’re not conservative you won’t make the cut. Back in my younger more foolish days i attempted o be a cop for 3 years and couldn’t get past the psychological exam.

            I mean i could just be a psycho i guess but in the intervening years ive started to consider my failure as a source of pride.
