    Km and L/100km are used in Canada.

      Do you say kilometers per litre or miles per gallon?

      Edit: re-read. The UK still uses mpg, I believe

        Depends on the province, bags are common in Quebec, Ontario, the Maritimes but not in the provinces west of Ontario and in NFL
