Some of us are capable of paying attention to more than one topic at a time.

And even on that one topic, one side is far worse than the other. When you live in a two party system, not voting is still picking a side.

Maybe… but I’m not seeing a lot of it. The hysterical piece of propaganda OP posted, for instance, merely regurgitates the exact same , “Liberals-vs-Trump” narrative lemmy.world is awash with while, predictably, completely ignoring the systems that created and enabled Trump to exist in the first place - systems, I might add, whose existence both liberals and the (so-called) “conservatives” (ie, liberals that are further down the liberal-to-fascist pipeline than the average liberal) do not question or challenge.

one side is far worse than the other

I’d say that it’s more likely that one side is more overt when it comes to implementing the exact same US foreign policy directives - and I’d say that this is the true issue most liberals have a problem with.

When you live in a two party system, not voting is still picking a side.

The reason you have a two-party system is because a two-party system adequately represents the interests of those that benefit from the status quo. If you had more, it wouldn’t make much of a difference.
