probably not the flex he thinks after DD2’s poor performance even on REframework and the state of PC releases in general
I’ve seen people say the alleged cause of the DD2 issue was the NPC processing it had to do. But, if this is going to be a fluid, semi-open world with no hub transitions or instanced quests, it seems like that problem isn’t off the table.
