I exported all of my passwords from Lastpass and imported into Proton Pass. I have hundreds of secure notes and would like to import those as well.

I would be happy if just the text was imported. I don’t really need the image files.

On another note, I had three different users for Wordpress in Lastpass, but after importing to Proton Pass only one user was imported. The other 2 were missing.

I really want to fully switch to Proton Pass since it is included in my Proton Unlimited plan.

Proton checks all of the boxes for me. Especially, being audited. I am still using LastPass until I can move all of my Secure Notes easily.

However, I think Bitwarden is a very good choice too, so there is no need to switch if you are happy with what they have to offer. I am looking at switching off of LastPass because of their security issues in the past.

Interesting timing. After posting about Proton Pass today here on Lemmy, Proton’s official blog just put out a post talking about their merits. Especially about auditing.

You should check it out if you are still interested. Proton Pass Blog Post

TBH I am completely unequipped to evaluate audits on my own. I rely on other smart people looking at them and telling me what they mean.

The fact that something has been audited is promising, but I am the wrong kind of scientician to understand it on my own.

I’ll keep an eye on this though, since I am already an entrenched proton user.

I’d just give it a go though. Every audit has a conclusion, which is generally well understandable.
