The error came in an opinion blocking an EPA policy meant to improve air pollution.

This is the opinion basically saying “the courts know better than regulators with domain-specific knowledge”

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
