minus-squareHumanPersonlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up19·edit-21 year agoI’ve seen that most commonly with tor, vpns could cause it to. Edit: It is not (usually) them deliberately breaking vpns, they block brute force attacks based on public ip instead of a cookie or something.
