QA doesn’t make money. They’re paying me anyhow.
QA prevents them from losing money. Same with IT.
Comments sections prevent them from losing users who like that. Users are money.
Cost of moderation likely higher then lost profits from users who were only being kept on by comment section.
That’s the bet they’re making.
