Today's large language models (LLMs) are produced by data from the public, so they can't ethically be owned by any one individual. Socialism is the only fair way to govern this technology.
The problem is it’s not the first element in the chain. The disparity between the capital owner and the worker grew for many such turns, and by that point they are the only one who have the power to teach huge LLMs to the point they appear somehow useful in the most popular forms like MidJourney or ChatGPT. It’s not a doomer pespective, it’s a sign that more companies should be unionized to level that imbalance before another turn favoring big capital happens.
